Raury’s debut album, All We Need, is less than a month away and today we have the closing track off the upcoming LP, ‘Friends’ ft. Tom Morello. And to promote the new record, Raury has also released its official music video, which documents Raury during his recent roadtrip from Atlanta to Chicago. During his summer roadtrip the Indigo Child rapper/singer traveled to the Windy City to invite his fans to play an impromptu game of kickball. Showing up for the game was rapper Taylor Bennett, Pat The Manager (Chance the Rapper’s manager) and some of Raury’s biggest fans. And we were there to catch some behind the scene photos.

Watch Raury’s video for ‘Friends’ below and check out our exclusive behind the scenes photos by our photographer Dan Garcia.

If you heard Raury’s debut project/mixtape Indigo Child, you probably told yourself that all we need is more music from this kid from Atlanta. Raury almost blew up overnight and out of nowhere in the rap world, even leading many to accuse the ‘God’s Whisper’ singer as being an “industry plant”, something that Raury has even joked about. But if you have been waiting to hear more from Raury, you won’t be waiting long, as he has announced his debut album, All We Need. With features from Big K.R.I.T., Key!, RZA and more, we can’t wait for this to hit iTunes on October 16th.

Check out the official album artwork and tracklist for All We Need below.

Set to appear on Borgore’s forthcoming EP, which will release on his Buygore Records, the new track is produced by Borgore and Styles & Complete. AAHH! Fest 2015 Cancelled, Chicago Festival Plans to Return in 2016

Last year’s inaugural AAHH! Fest rivaled all other Chicago music festivals in just one day. Taking place at Union Park, the same grounds as Pitchfork and North Coast, the music festival (led by Chicago’s own, rapper Common) saw performances from Kanye West, Common, Lupe Fiasco, Twista, Dave Chappelle, Jay Electronica, Jennifer Hudson, De La Soul, MC Lyte, Lil Herb, Diggy Simmon and a huge community showcase hosted by Kanye’s foundation, Donda’s House. Unfortunately though, if you are excited to see how the exciting new festival tops itself this year, you can’t.

Citing a “very demanding year”, the new festival has cancelled its 2015 festival and hopes to return again in 2016. Festival organizers want to “wait and do it right,” Common told Chicago Magazine. “Because the first one was so great, we know the next one we do has to be great. And we just felt this year we didn’t have all the tools or things we wanted to make it as dope as it could be.” It is uncertain whether the festival and its affiliates experienced budget problems for bringing the festival back, but we are hopeful that AAHH! Fest will return next year.

While we wait for AAHH! Fest 2016, enjoy some of our photos and footage from last year’s event.
