After supporting Fetty Wap on the most recent Monster Energy Outbreak Tour, rapper Post Malone will now be headlining the tour’s new run and he is bringing some talented artists with him. Kicking off next month, on September 14th in San Diego, Post Malone, Jazz Cartier and Larry June will be hitting a number of stops throughout North America until the tour concludes November 9th in Los Angeles.
Post killed it in support of Fetty Wap last time around (peep our photos here), so you can definitely expect the same and even more now that the ‘White Iverson’ rapper/singer has since released his debut mixtape, August 26th. Tickets for the forthcoming tour go on sale for the general public on Friday, August 12th at noon (local time), so be sure to get your tickets at PostMalone.com, because they will definitely sell out fast.

This month we wrapped up our second straight year at Bonnaroo, teaming up with our friends at Pigeons And Planes to cover The Farm’s 15th Anniversary. And while we already shared some of our favorite moments live from the premiere Tennessee festival, we wanted to share more photos of some of our favorite performances this year. With memorable sets from Pearl Jam, LCD Soundsystem, Dead & Company, Ellie Goulding, J. Cole, Haim, Anderson East, Post Malone and St. Lucia, just to name a few, this was certainly a Bonnaroo to remember.
Check out our sixth Bonnaroo Photo Series of 2016, of Post Malone’s Saturday performance.
Last weekend we caught the Madison, WI date of Fetty Wap and Post Malone’s Monster Energy Outbreak Tour. From the opening performances to Fetty Wap’s headlining set, the night was energy packed and left Madison with a show that they will not soon forget. A couple days ago we posted our photos from the concert, and today we have some video footage to help you relive the night!
Check out our video recap from Fetty Wap and Post Malone’s Madison stop on the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour below.
Photo by Dan Garcia/The Early RegistrationLast night Fetty Wap, Monty and Post Malone brought the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour to Madison, WI. Selling out the historic Orpheum Theatre, located just seconds away from the University of Wisconsin campus, the college crowd got wild for Fetty Wap and company. The night began as a number of emerging artists from Fetty Wap’s team hit the stage, introducing themselves to fans. With everything from singers to rappers to dancers, Fetty Wap’s crew of artists are much more diverse than you’d ever expect.
Next up for the night was rapper/singer Post Malone. Opening with his huge hit track ‘White Iverson’, the Republic Records artist continued his set with his bigger songs from his growing catalogue. Fans are currently awaiting Post Malone’s debut album, but that didn’t stop Madison from getting hype during Post’s performances of ‘Too Young’, ‘TEAR$’ and more. And how do you close your performance when you’re one of the hottest emerging names in rap but with only so many songs to perform? You get the crowd hype again for a second and closing performance of ‘White Iverson’, and surely no one was mad at it.
Finally it was time for the man of the night, Mr. 1738 himself, New Jersey’s best thing since Bruce Springsteen and Lauryn Hill, rapper/singer Fetty Wap. And from the screams of the crowd when Fetty hit the stage, you would not have guessed that just about a year ago Fetty was an artist struggling to get his music out. But last night, in Madison, WI, Fetty Wap might as well have been the biggest name in music because it sure felt like it. The crowd sang every word, from ‘Trap Queen’ to ‘My Way’ to Fetty’s B-Side cuts. And energy was at an all-time high when Fetty brought out his right-hand man, Monty. Fetty’s longtime friend and frequent collaborator is featured on a total of 7 tracks from Fetty Wap’s self-titled debut, so Monty was definitely more than your average hype man. The two rocked the stage all night, giving MadTown a night that they will never forget!

The two are more than entertaining, Dirt’s raps are absolutely hilarious, their song ‘My Dick’ is a 10 out of 10, and together the two make a great team. Tickets are still available so don’t miss out!
Narrowing down 365 days of great music to a list of 30 records is near impossible, but we figured it out! With a lot of amazing tracks not making the cut, we have put together our list of the 30 best tracks of this past year. From epic collaborations to Soundcloud released diss records, our list has a little bit of everything. A few veterans dominated our list this year, but a lot of emerging artists found spots high on our list as well. We won’t spoil too much for you, check out the Top 30 Tracks of 2015 below and send us a tweet @TheEarlyReg to tell us what you think!

Besides his new feature on Travis Scott’s debut album Rodeo and production on The Weeknd’s new LP, it feels like it has been forever since we had some new music from Kanye West. Well although we are still patiently awaiting his forthcoming album Swish, today we have a new record with Kanye West, ‘White Iverson’ rapper/singer Post Malone, and Ty Dolla $ign.
Debuting during Yeezy Season 2 (of Kanye West’s New York Fashion Week runaway show and which will reportedly not involve adidas), ‘Fade’ samples The Unidisputed Truth’s ‘I’m Losing You’ as well as Hardrive’s ‘Deep Inside’. What do you like better, this one or ‘Wolves’ (from Season 1 of Kanye’s adidas line)?
Today marked the first day of Lollapalooza’s evil step-brother, Riot Fest. Today Chicago’s biggest rock fans saw performances across a number of different genres, with some great sets from Heems (formerly of Das Racist), Alex Wiley, Ice Cube, No Doubt, Post Malone, Atreyu and many more. We made sure to catch some of our favorite rap artists and before we left for the night, we even caught a bit of Ice Cube and No Doubt’s huge headlining performances.
Check out our photos below, of what Day 1 of Riot Fest (Chicago) had to offer in 2015, and make sure not to miss tomorrow’s artists.
‘White Iverson’ rapper Post Malone made a recent stop at Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club and tackled an often unspoken topic in the music industry, “industry plants”. For those who don’t know, an industry plant (as described by Complex) is “is a pithy derogative that we (haters) wield to imply that a rapper or singer is an upstart fraud, a record label puppet, a focus group-tested vessel of creativity so-called.” When Charlamagne Tha God warned Post that he would get questions about white privilege, Post joked about accusations that he is an industry plant. “I’m a industry plant,” said Post. When asked what that means, Post said “I don’t know, that’s what they call me.” Not sure if Post (or really anyone) is a plant, but it’s good to see he has a sense of humor about it.
