Two legends in rock, Steely Dan and The Doobie Brothers, brought their co-headlining tour to Madison, WI last night for a packed crowd at the Breese Stevens Field. Performing just a few blocks away from the city’s historic State Capitol Building, the show had an early start time (with The Doobie Brothers hitting the stage at 6:30PM), but the two groups performed their decades of hits for hours.
The Doobie Brothers kicked things off with tracks like ‘Rockin’ Down The Highway’ and ‘Dark Eyed Cajun Woman’, before their awesome encore performances of ‘China Grove’ and ‘Listen to the Music’.
That set the mood for Steely Dan who hit the stage at the outdoor venue soon after. The New York legends performed a nearly 20-song setlist, with performances of ‘Dirty Work’ and ‘Reelin’ in the Years’ as some of the night’s highlights. Needless to say, Madison had a night that it won’t soon forget.

Now without guitarist Tomo Milicevic, who announced his departure from the band just days ago, Thirty Seconds to Mars took on a “show must go on” mentality and delivered an amazing performance at Chicago’s Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island.
The Jared Leto-led duo may be down to just two members (including drummer Shannon Leto), but the brothers still managed to put on a full and complete performance for their Windy City fans. Complimented by a group of VIP fans side-stage and a number of moving LED walls, it was Jared Leto’s massive amounts of energy that kept the crowd rocking from the band’s opening performance of ‘Monolith’ to their closing performance of ‘Closer to the Edge’. From stage-left, stage-right, to up and down the stage’s 20-foot catwalk, Leto was everywhere.
Although 30STM performed just 13-songs, with the long tracks and Leto’s extended engagement and conversations with his fans, the night’s headlining set lasted for nearly two-hours. “What took you guys so long?”, Leto jokingly asked to those who were seeing the band live for their first time. It was a fair question too, because last night was evidence that the music veterans are pros when it comes to putting on a great show.
Throughout the night, Thirty Seconds to Mars performed a mix of songs from their catalog, with an emphasis on their new album America, which brought the band’s 2018 hit, ‘Walk On Water’, a highlight of the set. While on the surface 13-songs from a two-member band might sound like an underwhelming performance, last night was anything but that. Leto is a man of many talents, but putting on a great a show is at the top of that list.

Sheryl Crow brought her decades of hits to Bonnaroo this past weekend, performing tracks like “All I Wanna Do”, “If It Makes You Happy” and “Everyday Is A Winding Road” in the first 15-minutes alone.
Crow easily put on one of our favorite performances of the year, so we are sharing some of our best photos from her memorable set, to help tide you over until next year!

Another year, another great lineup at Bonnaroo. One of the most notable music festivals in the world brought its 2018 lineup to Tennessee this weekend, and needless to say fans did not leave disappointed. With headlining sets from Eminem, Muse and The Killers, and additional performances from more of the biggest names in music, Bonnaroo gave tens of thousands of fans plenty of reasons to make the trek to Manchester.
So to celebrate the 4-days of great music, we are sharing some of our favorite photos from the memorable weekend!

Is there anyone bigger than Post Malone right now? With a number of his songs on constant rotation on your favorite radio station and with his new sophomore LP, beerbongs & bentleys, which broke a number of streaming records and was certified platinum in four days, Postie is on top of the rap game in 2018.
So of course Chicago came out in massive numbers to catch Post Malone and 21 Savage at the lake front’s Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island, even though fans could have just as easily waited for Post to hit the stage at Bonnaroo in a couple of months.
Setting the stage for Malone was his ‘rockstar’ collaborator, 21 Savage. Savage put on a great co-headlining set that kept the entire crowd satisfied. Performing his best tracks like ‘Bank Account’, ‘No Heart’, ‘X’ and verses from some of his biggest collaborations, 21 Savage has the crowd going wild from start to finish.
And if a 21 Savage concert wasn’t enough, moments after 21 stepped off stage, it was time for Post Malone to greet the sold-out crowd in Chicago. Although the production of his performances hasn’t changed much since his tours past, the Texas native is now a household name in rap.
No more opening performances where the crowd just knows the hook to a couple songs, Post Malone is on a whole different level from his ‘White Iverson’ days. And although A.I. and Carl Malone weren’t known for throwing it down, Post Malone delivered a slam dunk for his Windy City fans tonight.

Taylor Swift delivered two sold-out performances at Chicago’s Soldier Field this weekend for over 100,000 screaming fans. A critically acclaimed tour complete with a 110 ft. tall stage, a plethora of snakes, A+ choreography and 2-hours of amazing live performances, fans got their money’s worth in the Windy City.
So it was only right that we made our way to Chicago’s lakefront to capture some great images of the tour.

New year, new location, new lineup, but the one thing that didn’t change is the amazing experience that Rolling Loud provides to fans in Miami. Now held at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, the world’s premiere rap music festival kicked off Day 2 on Saturday afternoon.
Fans in attendance on Saturday were able to enjoy performances from Travis Scott, the Migos, Wiz Khalifa, Meek Mill, Lil Pump, Fetty Wap and many more, so needless to say the day was lit from the moment gates opened until La Flame shut it down.

Indie rockers Modest Mouse brought their 2018 tour to a sold-out crowd at Milwaukee’s historic Eagles Ballroom Saturday night. Returning to Wisconsin after a memorable performance at Madison’s Breese Stevens Field last fall, the Issac Brock-Led band put on a 2+ hour performance that the city won’t forget.
While the Washington natives haven’t released an album since 2015’s Strangers to Ourselves, Modest Mouse can still fill venues across the country, due to their loyal fan base and impressive catalog of projects.
With a unique set-list for every performance and Brock’s entertaining banter between tracks, what better way could Milwaukee spend their Cinco de Mayo?
Last night brought no surprises in the best way possible. Modest Mouse kept fans engaged while they performed a random assortment of singles and B-sides, ranging from their 1996 debut, This Is a Long Drive for Someone with Nothing to Think About to their newest LP and their critically acclaimed Good News for People Who Love Bad News.
The night’s good news for people who love bad good news? Modest Mouse delivered!
The set even included two encores, after fans spend nearly a half hour cheering for Modest Mouse to return to the stage. Their persistence was rewarded as the band’s second encore brought the band’s biggest hit to date, ‘Float On’, a track which the band often leaves off its setlist.

Bon Jovi was the first act to sell out the Bradley Center (now the “BMO Harris Bradley Center”) nearly 30-years ago for the Milwaukee arena’s first concert season. So it was only right that the New Jersey rock icons brought their “This House Is Not For Sale Tour” to the downtown arena for it’s last concert ever.
After the Milwaukee Bucks lost a hard fought game 7 to the Boston Celtics, and therefore did not advance in the NBA playoffs, the stage was set for Sunday night, making the night’s event the last ever fan event in the Bradley Center (only a Northwestern Mutual conference will follow).
Needless to say, a lot of emotions filled the sold-out building for fans young and old. So many memories were made in the 30-year-old building, and a lot of them included Bon Jovi. Sunday night marked Bon Jovi’s sixth ever performance at the arena, and when the building is demolished in the following months, only fellow New Jersey native Bruce Springsteen will have performed at the Bradley Center more times.
With such an historic night, expectations were at an all time high for Jon Bon Jovi and company. The newest inductees to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Bon Jovi are rock legends who have found a second home in Milwaukee over the decades. And Bon Jovi certainly did not disappoint.
Performing cuts from their 2016 album, This House Is Not For Sale, and of course their catalog of hits from the ’80s and beyond, Bon Jovi rocked out with their Wisconsin fans from start to finish. And what better way to end the performance than Jon Bon Jovi going down into the crowd to perform the band’s 1992 single ‘Bed of Roses’, and a memorable encore performance of ‘Wanted Dead or Alive’ and ‘Livin’ on a Prayer’, two of the band’s biggest hits.
While on the surface tonight was just another stop on Bon Jovi’s current tour, the night was so much more for the city of Milwaukee, and fans in attendance experienced a night that they will not soon forget.
