Young LD kills a Thugger beat in his new freestyle. Spitting over Young Thug’s track ‘Check’, Lil Dicky blessed Sway and the whole Sway In The Morning crew today. Full of bars, sports references and even a lyric paying reference to the First Lady, Lil Dicky proves his writing is nothing to joke about. Tonight, rapper Big K.R.I.T. paid a visit to young Chicago artists as part of Donda House‘s “Behind The Mic” series. With a surprise visit from Chicago’s own, Lupe Fiasco, K.R.I.T. gave some great advice to the up and coming performers. K.R.I.T. will also stick around the Windy City tomorrow, as he headlines Donda House’s spring graduation. Donda’s House is a non-profit organization that honors the educational legacy of Kanye West’s late mother, Dr. Donda West. The organization holds a number of great programs and opportunities for Chicago’s youth, providing a safe and creative environment for Chicago’s aspiring artists.
Donda House’s “Behind the Mic” series is one of our favorite community programs by the non-profit, which has invited Big Sean, No-ID and more to give unique and valuable advice to the community’s brightest. Along with their community showcase at the Common Ground Foundation’s “AAHH! Fest”, Chicago artists have the opportunity to continue the city’s legacy of being one of the world’s best music hubs.

The new autotuned record, titled ‘ISWEARHB’ has an epic team of producers, with production from Young Chop, Metro Boomin and Sonny Digital. Check it out for yourself, you don’t need the producer tags and drops to tell that three of music’s hottest producers played a role in this beat.
One of our favorite things about Lollapalooza is its aftershows. The aftershows not only allow fans who weren’t able to score wristbands to the actual festival to also see some great sets, but it showcases the beautiful intimate local venues (Aragon, The Mid, The Riviera and more) of our nation’s Second City, Chicago. This year’s Lollapalooza Aftershows are just as great as ever, with a number of performances that we recommend catching. Performing official Lollapalooza Aftershows this year are Alesso, Tove Lo, Gary Clark Jr., The War on Drugs, Glass Animals, alt-J, SZA, Mick Jenkins, Marina and the Diamonds, Logic and many more!
