Just this week, Frank Ocean dying his hair blue made headlines, with the music community desperate for anything related to Frank Ocean that remotely could be considered music news. While we don’t have any new information about when we can expect Frank’s upcoming comeback, we can fill you in about what you need to know about his upcoming sophomore album and what has happened so far.
Even if you do not know the name, you certainly know Martin Garrix. In fact, you are probably one of his over 300,000,000 views on his video for his song ‘Animals’ on YouTube, uploaded just a year ago. At only 18-years-old Martin Garrix is tearing up the festival scene and quickly rising to be one of the world’s top DJ/producers, and just last week I was able to sit down with him for an interview at Lollapalooza.
Drake and Lil Wayne’s Street Fighter inspired Drake vs. Lil Wayne tour is already being praised by many, just days into the tour. One of the things it is especially being praised for is its interactive app, which allows concert goers to download the app before the concert and vote for who won the battle between Drizzy and Weezy that given night. However while this concept is certainly new, it may look familiar to some and has members of a famous rapper’s camp upset.

Over this past weekend, I had the amazing opportunity to shoot at Lollapalooza for the amazing music website Pigeons & Planes. A summer festival that seems to always attract the rain, we got some very amazing crowd shots throughout the weekend at Lolla.
