10 Acts We’re Most Excited to See at North Coast Music Festival 2014

GRiZ, a DJ/Producer from Michigan, is where electronic music meets blues, creating for a unique sound and experience for fans. Expect great tracks from his project Rebel Era, released last year, as well as a number of songs from his catalog. GRiZ will be performing at NCMF this Sunday.

BadBadNotGood is a Canadian trio comprised of Matthew Tavares (keyboard), Alexander Sowinski (drums) and Chester Hansen (bass). In addition to producing for many rappers, such as Earl Sweatshirt, Wu Tang and Danny Brown, the young group has already released a number of albums. With a huge co-sign by Odd Future and Frank Ocean, expect a number of hip-hop interpretations in their set this weekend.

Celebrating the 20th anniversary of his album Doggystyle, Snoop Dogg will have more than enough hits to perform while closing out the festival on Sunday. While he is showing no signs of slowing down, constantly giving us new music throughout the years, this may be one of your last opportunities to see Snoop live, so don’t miss out!

Headlining the festival Friday will be Bassnectar, likely the crowd favorite this year. This American DJ and record producer is known for getting huge crowds hyped up. His newest album Noise v. Beauty is out now, but he has over a decade of albums to choose from this weekend to start off North Coast right.
