Atlanta producer Mike Will has had a long road to his new mixtape, Ransom. After dedicating himself to the project, fans have been able to see him change his mind on the project and it’s release daily through interviews and twitter feeds. At one point, there was an Interscope album with “Buy The World” as the lead single boasting features from Lil Wayne and Kendrick Lamar (and singing from Brandy and Future). Now, he has a mixtape to reclaim his thrown as Trap King. After a summer of Mustard and a year of other Atlanta beat wizards (Metro Boomin, Sonny Digital, 808 Mafia), it’s time for Mike to regain his position.
