Narwuar the Human Serviette, the best interviewer in the entire game, headed down south from Vancouver to enjoy a weekend at the hottest new music festival, Day N Vegas.
The always entertaining plaid dressed journalist took time to interview one of the best emerging artists, Doja Cat, in the Sin City. As always Nardwuar blew the artist away with his deep research skills and awesome gifts.
On-site at Miami’s Rolling Loud, for the festival’s huge 5-year anniversary, Nardwuar delivered another memorable interview, this time with the viral rap country star, Lil Nas X.
Discussing Lil Nas X’s musical connections, his massive hit “Old Town Road” and even his Wells Fargo account balance, Nardwuar pulled out some gems and gifts for the emerging artist.

It’s the interview we’ve all been waiting for, Nardwuar The Human Serviette vs. Cardi B. On-site at Coachella, where Cardi B killed it with guest appearances from YG, Chance The Rapper, G-Eazy and more, Nardwuar (in true Nardwuar fashion) gave Cardi a number of gifts and dug deep into her past.
Although Nardwuar didn’t dig quite as deep into Cardi’s past, as he has done in previous interviews, this interview was great, combining two of music’s biggest personalities.
While we originally speculated that Nardwuar had finally accomplished his goal of interviewing Kanye West, since the best interviewer in the game was pictured with both Mike Dean and Tony Williams during the Vancouver stop on the Saint Pablo Tour, we still will have to wait. Fortunately however, we weren’t too far off, as Nardwuar still did interview the legendary Mike Dean, a pioneer of Texas rap and a producer of some of your favorite Kanye West records.
During their interview, Nardwuar asks Dean about his Texas roots, his infamous studio bus and more. And as always, Nardwuar came with some awesome vinyls. We would have loved a Kanye interview, but a Mike Dean interview isn’t too shabby either.
We have said it before, no one is better at what they do than “Nardwuar the Human Serviette”. His interviews are not only informative and entertaining, but he will bring out information in an artist that even their closest friends and relatives don’t know. His research is top notch, and with every classic Nardwuar interview comes a new artist who is blown away by the Canadian native’s skills. Everyone from Drake to Pharrell and more have been left more than impressed.
And for sometime, Nardwuar and Kanye West fans alike have prayed that the two would one day meet for an exclusive interview. The type of information and gifts that Nardwuar could pull out for Kanye are almost unimaginable. And that day may finally come, as a recent post by Kanye West’s producer and engineer Mike Dean, seems to suggest that Nardwuar and Kanye met today (or are meeting today) during Kanye’s Vancouver stop on the Saint Pablo Tour (where Nardwuar is from).
While Dean doesn’t directly confirm that an interview took place, or is taking place, he posted a photo with Nardwuar on Instagram minutes ago, backstage at the Rogers Arena. This seems to suggest that the interview we have all been waiting for has finally took place!
Nardwaur the Human Serviette’s string of SXSW interviews continues this week as he just released his new interview with producer Mike Will Made-It. Nardwuar (as always) brings out the best of the artists with his one-of-a-kind interviews, and not only does he bring a number of records for Mike, the interview even ends with Mike Will Made-It kind of suplexing Nardwuar (all in good fun though).
