Kanye West Finally Acknowledges Donald Glover (Childish Gambino)

BY TER STAFF

Somewhere in the world, Donald Glover (Childish Gambino) is freaking the f*ck out because Kanye West has finally acknowledged him. Tweeting “Donald Glover is a free thinker”, Kanye West made reference to a fellow renaissance man who has been staning Kanye for many years.

From his many Kanye references in songs (“I’m headin’ west like I’m f*ckin blowing Kanye”) and interviews to dubbing himself “the son of Kanye” (which is a totally accurate comparison), the Atlanta creator rapper/producer/singer/actor/writer has been trying to get Kanye’s attention for years. And now that day has finally come! It only took Grammy nominations and a hit television show to happen first.

Let’s hope this leads to a future collaboration.

Check out Kanye’s tweet below.

Photos: Camila Cabello Brings her “Never Be The Same” Tour to Milwaukee’s Riverside Theater

Camila Cabello shined last night, after her sold-out Milwaukee performance at the beautiful Riverside Theater. Currently in the middle of her headlining Never Be The Same Tour, the former Fifth Harmony stand-out is constantly proving that her solo career is more than promising.

Although we have already caught a few solo performances from Camila, during a number of radio shows, it was interesting to see how Camila Cabello would handle herself on a headlining tour of her own. From opening her performance on a high note, with her current hit single ‘Never Be The Same’, to closing the memorable night with her number one single, ‘Havana’, Cabello was amazing from start to finish.

With opening performances from a cast of emerging artists, which included Bazzi, Jack & Jack and Skylar Stecker, Cabello’s headlining set had the highest of expectations. And Cabello delivered. Performing her entire debut album, as well as a number of features and unreleased tracks, Cabello put together a perfect blend of tracks for her setlist.

Highlights of the night included her stripped performance of ‘Consequences’, her (literally) dark performance of ‘In The Dark’, and of course her encore of ‘Havana’ and her unreleased Pharrell-featured track, ‘Sangria Wine’. Cabello’s talents are as diverse as her audience, bringing together fans of different cultures, orientations and more, which made the night a very special one.

Camila Cabello isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, and after witnessing her debut headlining tour in person, it’s obvious that Camila Cabello will be a staple in pop music for years to come.

Check our our photos from Camila Cabello’s Milwaukee stop on the Never Be The Same Tour below and peep the remaining dates of the sold-out tour here.

Vince Staples Calls Out R. Kelly For Being a Child Molester

BY TER STAFF

While defending his inability of ever going to prison due to his “black entertainer” status, Vince Staples continued to entertain us all by going on a rant about R. Kelly.

“He’s a child molester and he pees on people and he can’t read or write, and he didn’t go to jail. I’m a good person, R. Kelly (is) a piece of f*cking sh*t. So if a piece of f*cking sh*t, R. Kelly, didn’t go to jail for being a child molester and peeing on people and having a human tracking ring in Atlanta, then I’ll be alright.” Staples explained.

Although we can’t quite tell how serious Staples was being, or if he was just having fun, he was being brutally honest either way. Leave it to Vince Staples to tell it like it is.

It’s the interview we’ve all been waiting for, Nardwuar The Human Serviette vs. Cardi B. On-site at Coachella, where Cardi B killed it with guest appearances from YG, Chance The Rapper, G-Eazy and more, Nardwuar (in true Nardwuar fashion) gave Cardi a number of gifts and dug deep into her past.

Although Nardwuar didn’t dig quite as deep into Cardi’s past, as he has done in previous interviews, this interview was great, combining two of music’s biggest personalities.
