Touching on ex-girlfriend Naya Rivera’s “tell all” book, his friendship with former GOOD Music rapper Kid Cudi and more, Big Sean gives us a window into his life on his new record, ‘No More Interviews’. Produced by Amarie Johnson and Big Sean himself, Sean expresses his frustrations over media and drama in the new track.

“Don’t ask me no stupid questions, are you still signed to Ye questions, no Roc Nation questions, or who I’m dating questions. No more interviews, unless you want to talk about the music or something that has a different view.”

Especially noteworthy from the new track is Sean addressing Kid Cudi’s beef towards him, where Cudi called Big Sean and his girlfriend, singer Jhene Aiko, a “corn ball a** n*gga” and a “bum b*tch” earlier this year, likely because Jhene is recently separated from Cudi’s long-time producer Dot Da Genius. According to ‘No More Interviews’, Sean was surprised to hear that his former label-mate had such words for him. Sean says that Cudi was “forever grateful” for putting him on a record with Nas, and added that he is still praying for Cudi, while he is currently in rehab for depression.

When talking about new artists, Minaj told Charlamagne and company, “I love (Fetty’s) melodies, I love Fetty. I did something with Fetty that’s going to come out soon, that I think is super dope.”

While Nicki didn’t reveal the exact details, a classic Nicki verse and a Fetty Wap melody could easily be a hit, so definitely stay tuned.

Fans have been patiently waiting for more music from GOOD Music rapper Big Sean, ever since 2015 LP Dark Sky Paradise. And while Sean treated fans with a collaborative EP with the lovely and talented Jhene Aiko, with Twenty88, earlier this year, Big Sean is back with his new record ‘Light It Up’. And even though Sean is one of the best feature rappers in the game right now, the Detroit native recruited the talents of 2 Chainz for the new record.

Don’t get too excited however. ‘Light It Up’ is part of the original soundtrack for Kevin Hart’s new film, “What Now?”, so it may be longer than we’d like until Sean blesses fans with a follow up to Dark Sky Paradise.
