Revelry Music & Arts Festival: A 2015 Artists Guide

We just got back from Coachella, and already we are getting excited to travel to our next music festival. While the next fest on our radar is definitely on a smaller scale, that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Ever since the 2013 announcement of Madison, Wisconsin’s Revelry Music & Arts Festival, I have been a fan. For years the live artist recruiting by the University of Wisconsin was disappointing, and this is coming from a Badger of seven long years. Revelry changed that, balancing a student-run organization’s budget by drawing in some of the biggest emerging names across several different genres. And now that I have since graduated, I am excited to return as a photographer and journalist. Continue reading Revelry Music & Arts Festival: A 2015 Artists Guide

Video: ASAP Rocky Confronts Man Who Vandalized His Car

BY TER STAFF

A$AP Rocky lost his cool in London, and for good reason. After a man threw something at A$AP Rocky’s car, the pretty motherf*cker got out of his car and followed the man inside a London bagel shop. “Should I (hit) you right now?… I’ll f*ck you up, n*gga” says Rocky in the video.

After a witness reminds ASAP to calm down and that “this is London”, Rocky goes on to say that he loves London. But since the man threw something at Rocky’s car (and we are sure he isn’t pushing a Dodge Neon) we would definitely be just as upset.

Watch the fan iPhone recorded video of the exchange below.

Kanye West Tops TIME’s 100 Most Influential People

Today TIME revealed that Kanye West is the cover man for TIME’s “100 Most Influential People (The Titans)” issue. Sharing the list with the likes of Lorne Michaels, Lee Daniels, and wife Kim Kardashian-West, TIME  could not have gone with a better pick.

Certainly pick up a copy, as it’s a great read. “Kanye West would be the first person to tell you he belongs on this list. The dude doesn’t believe in false modesty, and he shouldn’t.” writes Elon Musk.  In his interview with TIME, Kanye shared his thoughts on building his legacy. “I don’t care about having a legacy, I don’t care about being remembered,” West said. “The most important thing to me is while I’m here, while we’re having fun, while we’re going to sleep and breathing oxygen, and living life, and falling in love, and having pain, and having joy, is like, ‘What can I do with my voice, what can we do for each other to make life easier, make life doper for our kids as they grow up?’ You know, they were born into a broken world and we’re like the clean-up crew.”

Pick up a copy on newsstands or here online.
