Despite saying that Kanye West, “lost all credibility when he became a Kardashian”, Azealia Banks took to Instagram on Sunday to apologize and give praise to Mr. West. In her message to Kanye, Banks wrote “despite whatever jokes or rude things I’ve said about (Kanye) in the past, I think about this man for AT LEAST an hour EVERY SINGLE DAY.”

Banks continued to say, “you’ve inspired so many of us and after getting past my own stupid ass grudge I was holding against you, I reaaaallllly hope and pray you get to get out all of your dreams because you’ve been one of, if not, the main reason I felt confident in exploring all sorts of music genres.” Showing a lot of humility in her words, Banks’ tribute is a huge departure from telling Kanye “I don’t even look up to (Kanye) anymore. I look past him,” just last year.

Kanye West made a very rare, but always appreciated, upload on his Soundcloud hours ago, sharing The-Dream’s version of ‘Bed’, a track first heard by many a decade ago in 2007 from R&B singer J. Holiday.

Despite disapproval from J. Holiday, The-Dream (who co-wrote the track) demo of ‘Bed’ was premiered during Kanye’s recent Yeezy Season 5 show. Although the Soundcloud version of the record comes in at 17-minutes long, the track is looped, as it was during the Season 5 show.

Stream The-Dream’s version of ‘Bed’ below.

Will this February mark the return of Kanye West? Although Mr. West is just a few months removed from his game changing “Saint Pablo Tour”, and less than a year removed from his critically acclaimed album, The Life Of Pablo, it feels like it’s been the longest time, ever since Kanye removed himself from the limelight and sought help over his mental health.

And while the details are still unknown, the end of Kanye’s mini-hiatus may be near, as the official Twitter page for Kanye’s creative content company “Donda” (named after his late mother) foreshadowed Kanye’s return.

Tweeting “FEBRUARY #YEEZYSEASON”, it definitely appears that whoever runs the Donda Twitter knows something that we don’t. Will we get a new project? A new track? Or even the return of the Saint Pablo Tour? Kanye has been spending time with Rick Rubin… Well, we will know sometime this month!

When Rick Rubin and Kanye West get together, the end result is musical gold. Although it was originally met with mixed reviews upon its first release, Kanye West’s album Yeezus was another hit, and unlike nothing fans had heard before. And who played a big role in the Yeezus minimalist sound? None other than Rick Rubin of course.

And according to an Instagram post from Chicago rapper Towkio, Kanye West and Rick Rubin are likely working on music again. According to a text screenshot between Towkio and Rubin, Rubin played one of Towkio’s tracks ‘Swim’ for Kanye. Kanye loved the track, as did Vampire Weekend’s Rostam Batmanglij.

While we do not know the exact details of this get-together, it is exciting enough that this group of talented minds in music are in the same room. It is no stretch however to believe that Kanye and Rubin are working on new music.

2017 may be another great year for Kanye West fans. Although 2016 didn’t end in the best way possible for Kanye, who received a great deal of backlash for his support of Donald Trump and who later cancelled the remaining dates of his acclaimed “Saint Pablo Tour”, sources say that Kanye West’s mental health has improved and he is feeling “more on track”.

And since Mr. West is more on track in the new year, his fans may benefit as a result. A source told E! News that “Kanye has a few surprise projects coming up that involves music and concerts in the spring and summer.” A Saint Pablo Tour source also told E! that Kanye wants to resume the Saint Pablo Tour, as West “wants everyone in the world to see it.”

Check out our photos from the Saint Pablo Tour below.

Kanye West Speaks On Recent Meeting with Donald Trump

Kanye West received a ton of backlash after telling fans at his Saint Pablo Tour that while he didn’t vote, if he would have, it would have been for Donald Trump, and from there it all seemed to go downhill. It wasn’t long after until Kanye cancelled his remaining tour and went to the hospital, and fans and musicians everywhere prayed for the rapper’s mental health.

And in only his second public sighting since checking out of the hospital, Kanye was spotted this morning at the Trump Tower in New York, where he met with the President elect. While the internet went crazy, and people speculated why Kanye would be meeting with Trump, Mr. West has now broke the silence over the head scratching meeting.

Taking to Twitter, Kanye wrote, “I wanted to meet with Trump today to discuss multicultural issues.” According to Ye himself, these issues include bullying, supporting teachers, violence in Chicago and more. Kanye also hinted at a presidential run in 2024 (not 2020, which assumes 8 years for Trump), and added “I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change.” Well said Kanye, we can’t argue with that.

Kanye West Cancels Remaining 21 Dates on Game Changing “Saint Pablo Tour”

Kanye West is just drained, according to a source from TMZ. And although 21 dates remained on Kanye West’s legendary Saint Pablo Tour, the ‘Stronger’ rapper has cancelled his critically acclaimed and game changing tour.

And news that West is too exhausted to continue should not be a surprise to anyone who has been following the tour. During Kanye’s California tour leg, he first cancelled a Los Angeles show at The Forum after performing just a few songs, promising fans refunds and a make-up show because his voice could not finish the performance. Next, Kanye delivered a full show for fans in the Bay Area, but the crowd was very displeased as Kanye told the crowd he would have voted for Donald Trump, a move that caused a lot of bad press and attention for West.

Then Kanye treated fans to the tour’s first surprise guest as he opened the show with a Kid Cudi reunion, but later ended the show after just three songs. Next, Kanye cancelled his make-up performance at The Forum, hours before he was scheduled to perform. Finally, Kanye had to call it quits on the tour’s remaining dates, marking an unfortunate close to The Saint Pablo Tour, with refund of course set to be issued to fans across the country.

If you were’t able to catch a Saint Pablo show in person, check out some of our photos from the mesmerizing tour below. While we may have seen the last appearance from the floating stage, The Saint Pablo Tour will easily go down as one of the best tours in music.
