Watch as Kanye West gives an emotional performance at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards of his Paul McCartney assisted ballad ‘Only One’ (a song from the perspective of his late mother Dr. Donda West about Kanye and his daughter North). It was just a few years ago in 2008, as Kanye gave a memorable performance of his Late Registration track ‘Hey Mama’ after the death of Dr. West, and now the man who has boycotted the Grammys the past few years just gave them another unforgettable moment. Big Sean may not “f*ck with you” but he certainly f*cks with a “G.O.O.D.” live performance as he just got off stage for a sold out crowd at the House of Blues in West Hollywood, CA. If Big Sean wasn’t enough, to make things even more special for his Los Angeles performance, which was streamed online by Yahoo! Live, Big Sean brought out a number of guests and guest performers including Kanye West, J. Cole, Travis Scott, Meek Mill, YG, Chris Brown, Ty Dolla $ign, Tyga, Kylie Jenner, Justin Bieber and DJ Mustard.

Yesterday Fear of God creator Jerry Lorenzo and Ibn Jasper shared images of one Kanye West’s new adidas shoe on their Instagrams, the Yeezy Boost, a shoe which Kanye was seen wearing today at a Grammys pre-party (photo below). Now today Lorenzo has shared another image on his Instagram, this time a Just Don x Air Jordan box along side a gray square box. Given the context, given the details Lorenzo has released so far, and given the look of the shoe, it is reasonable to assume that this unidentified box is likely the Yeezy Boost packaging. Decide for yourself, but definitely stay tuned for more details.
Billboard has just revealed its 2015 “Power 100 List” and to cover the issue this year is none other than Kanye West, Lana Del Rey, and Lucian Grainge, Chairman/CEO of Universal Music Group (who tops the list as the new number one). The “Power 100 List”, which ranks the top executives in the music industry has 31 first-times in the 2015 list and Billboard brought in UMG artists Lana Del Rey and Kanye West to talk about Grainge and his number one status. “His eye is always on the future”, says Lana. Yesterday we reported on rumors that Kanye West is releasing his next highly anticipated sneaker, the adidas YEEZi 3 during the NBA All-Star Weekend (February 13-15) and according to reports, the shoes are rumored to retail at $350. Now today we have more news, as Adidas has announced a new mobile phone application called “Confirmed”. According to ESPN‘s Darren Rovell, “Confirmed” was created in anticipation for Kanye West’s upcoming adidas release. The app is available now on iTunes.
After releasing a behind the scenes sneak peak and a couple video teasers, Rihanna has released the video for her Kanye West and Paul McCartney collaboration ‘FourFiveSeconds’. ‘FourFiveSeconds’, available now on iTunes, is the first taste of Rihanna’s highly anticipated R8 album, and according to reports, it may be a track that fans can hear her and Kanye perform live on tour this year. The black and white video (like the song) is simple yet great, showing the three against a white background in their best denim fits. This would be a relief as his last release with Nike, the Red Octobers (Yeezy 2) were very limited, and highly sought after.
A new images have surfaced that suggests a Kanye West and Rihanna tour is coming this year! Get excited people! While the tour is not yet confirmed, a picture has circulated on social media that advertises a Kanye x Rihanna 2015 tour. This tour has also been confirmed by a source to the LA Times’ writer Gerrick D. Kennedy. You should never get your hopes up too much, but this tour would certainly make sense as the two recently collaborated for their single ‘FourFiveSeconds‘ with Paul McCartney. Another piece of evidence is that in 2014 Rihanna auctioned off a VIP package for charity which included tickets for a 2015 Kanye West tour. Also this would not be the first time the two joined forces for a tour, as Rihanna joined Mr. West for his acclaimed Glow in the Dark Tour, not to mention the fact that the two performed together this past weekend at a Super Bowl party. In the brief teaser, musicians like Kanye West, Paul McCartney, Paul Simon and Justin Timberlake were all confirmed, as well as a number of comedians (Will Ferrell, Chevy Chase, Tina Fey, Jerry Seinfeld and more).
