New Music: Scumbag Kea ft. Drudini – “Judge”

Order in the court! It’s been awhile since we shared the fun visuals for Scumbag Kea‘s record, ‘Yew Who’, and falling on the same day as the Wisconsin-native’s birthday, Kea has released his new single, titled ‘Judge’. Featuring Drudini and produced by Mike Regal, Scumbag Kea shakes off the doubters and haters in his new record, which premiered today on DJBooth. “Living life so sin, I’m belittled. I’ve been better. I’ve been working on myself, here goes my letter to the devil!” Kea spits on ‘Judge’.

Raury Shares New Song “demo 1: the sea” in Anticipation of Debut Album Release

Raury’s debut album, All We Need, is just three days away! And although the ‘God’s Whisper’ singer’s LP has now leaked, Raury tooked to Twitter to address the leak and to reward fans who are still holding out for All We Need‘s official release (October 16th via LoveRenaissance / Columbia Records). Speaking on the record, titled “demo 1: the sea” and which is not on the album, Raury simply told fans that this one is “about a girl.”

Leon Bridges Announces 2016 Tour Dates

Next year, R&B’s breakthrough singer, Leon Bridges, will likely be in a city near you in support of his critically acclaimed album, Coming Home (check out our review here). Kicking off his 2016 tour on March 1st in Atlanta, GA, Leon Bridges will be hitting a number of cities throughout North America. And if one great artist was not enough, Andra Day will support Bridges on the tour from May 23rd until the tour comes to an end in Kentucky on June 9th.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis Announce 2016 Tour, “An Evening With Macklemore and Ryan Lewis”

‘Thrift Shop’ and ‘Same Love’ rapper Macklemore announced his new 2016 tour with producer Ryan Lewis today. Hitting the road in January for “An Evening With Macklemore And Ryan Lewis”, the duo will hit stops in Pheonix, Austin, Miami, Washington D.C. and many more before the tour ends on February 5th in Milwaukee. You can get your tickets to see Macklemore head ‘Downtown’ to a city near you, this Wednesday (October 14th) when the presale begins. Check out Macklemore’s official website for more information.

Skizzy Mars Postpones Tour and Drops Details On Debut Album

It has been awhile since we have heard anything from the Manhatten-based MC. His last project, being The Red Balloon Project in February. Since then there hasn’t been much to report on the lifestyle rapper, until now. Today, Mars took to Twiiter and Instagram to release some bits of information and even some presumed cover art for an upcoming single, ‘Chemistry’.

He also opened up about working on his debut album entitled, Alone Together and the vast differences it encompasses compared to recording an EP or mixtape. Wanting to ensure his greatest artistic endeavor to date, he announced the delaying of his headling North American tour via Instagram which can be read below.

While the tour delay may be enough to dampen the spirits of even the most hardened of fans, the impending album should be enough to bolster their spirits for the time being. In the end, this bittersweet announcement will work out to everyone’s benefit because at the end of the day we are here for great music.

Nick Jonas’ new single is like nothing you have heard from the former Jonas Brothers singer before. For his new auto-tuned record ‘Area Code’, a buff Nick Jonas sings in the rain for the music video’s black and white visuals. While his solo career has definitely steered away from his boy band days from the start, with singles like ‘Chains’ and ‘Jealous’, ‘Area Code’ showcases the singer’s confidence, and who wouldn’t be confident if you were hooking up with Kate Hudson?

New Music: WebsterX and Allan Kingdom Team Up for “Kinfolk”

Milwaukee’s own, rapper WebsterX, is having a hell of a year. After the success of the visuals for his ‘doomsday’ record (WebsterX’s big introduction to many), the face of Milwaukee’s New Age Narcissism collective has knocked out big festival performances at Summer Set and Summerfest, opened for artists like Lupe Fiasco and Earl Sweatshirt, received a huge nomination at the Milwaukee Film Festival, and now to follow his latest single ‘Lately’, WebsterX has recruited a big feature for his new track ‘Kinfolk’, with thestand4rd’s Allan Kingdom. The record is produced by Chicago producer BoatHouse and is WebsterX’s biggest collaboration yet, teaming up with the Kanye West affiliated rapper.

Watch BROCKHAMPTON’s New Music Video for “Dirt”

BROCKHAMPTON, the self-proclaimed “All American Boy Band”, led by rapper Kevin Abstract, has released the music video for their new single ‘Dirt’ (available now via Fool’s Gold). The visuals were released together by Fool’s Gold, VFILES and MTV, as part of the “VFILES LOUD!” contest. The Texas collective’s new video is directed by Tyler Mitchell and you can check out the video now.
