iHeartRadio Awards Announce 2017 Performers: Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, The Chainsmokers & More

Earlier this morning iHeartRadio announced its huge lineup of performers for 2017’s iHeartRadio Music Awards. Performing at the award show this year will be some of the biggest names in music, including Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry, The Chainsmokers, and more. For the fourth straight year, the iHeartRadio Music Awards will feature today’s biggest artists and some very special live performances. If you’re at Los Angeles’ historic Forum on March 5th, you’ll be in store for first-time duets and collaborations, celebrity guest appearances and more!

Watch Katy Perry’s New Hamster-Assisted Music Video for “Chained To The Rhythm”

If new Katy Perry music and a new hair color wasn’t enough to get you excited, Katy got creative with things earlier this week with her awesome rollout of her new single, ‘Chained To The Rhytm’. Placing a number of disco balls around the globe, loaded with headphone ports that allowed fans to preview Perry’s new track, Katy definitely got people talking.

And to follow things up, today Katy Perry released ‘Chained To The Rhythm’ to the rest of the world, and with the help of a furry friend, more specifically, a hamster. Although there is a strong messaged layered into the track, the single’s lyric video features a cute hamster eating mini-hamburgers, watching television and living inside a doll house.

You pretty much can’t watch a Toro y Moi video on YouTube without seeing at least a few people make a Donald Glover (Childish Gambino) related joke in the comment section. In the past week, a ton of musicians have stepped up to show their support in the fight against ALS. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord that causes pain and loss for too many families across the nation.
