Summer is practically over but that doesn’t mean that live music in the Windy City has to come to an end. With festival season coming to an end in the Midwest, some of the best tours are rolling through Chicago in the month of September. Another day and another night of great live music at Milwaukee’s lakefront, for Summerfest’s huge 50th Anniversary. With performances from Walk The Moon, Michelle Branch, Atmosphere and more, fans got a little wet last night in the rain, but it was all worth it.
Ahead of its 50th Anniversary of providing great music to the city of Milwaukee, Summerfest has shared the headliners for it’s U.S. Cellular Connection stage. With some amazing names in music performing at the stage in past years, with emerging and established performers alike, 2017 will be no exception.
Performing at the U.S. Cellular Connection stage this year will be some of our favorite artists in pop, including Bebe Rexha, Gnash and Hey Violet, as well as a number of great performers across many different genres, including Michelle Branch, Frankie Ballard, Hanson and more.

Summerfest went all out for its huge 50th Anniversary! After the Milwaukee festival announced the release of its lineup last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, fans were instantly relieved to see that Summerfest nailed it! Joining its previously announced American Family Insurance Amphitheater headliners, the ground stage headliners which were shared last night also show why Summerfest is a can’t miss festival this year.
This year Summerfest will take place from June 28 – July 2 and July 4 – July 9 at the Summerfest Grounds in Milwaukee, WI, and fans can check here for ticket information. Ticket prices start at just $13 and $90 right now for an 11-day pass, with various promotions that run all festival long.
