Premiering on OVO Sound Radio moments ago, Drake has blessed us with another great collaboration with YMCMB labelmate and founder, Lil Wayne. This time Weezy hopped on Drake’s Views track ‘Hype’, one of the standouts from the album and a song that Drake performed when he hosted Saturday Night Live earlier this month. We only have Wayne’s verse right now, as the full version of the track was taken down, but will update you as an official version is available for fans.

Ever since Thanksgiving, Lil Wayne fans have been eating good. First Weezy dropped his anticipated sequel to his No Ceilings mixtape, of course titled No Ceilings 2. Then, if a fire tape wasn’t enough, Lil Wayne kept the momentum going by announcing a 19-date U.S. tour with ‘No Type’ rappers, Rae Sremmurd. Kicking off January 21st in El Paso, the Young Money rapper will hit a number of stops throughout the United States until the tour concludes March 6th in Nebraska. Tickets go on sale to the general public, in just a couple days, on December 4th at LiveNation.com. Don’t sleep on this tour, it won’t be one to miss!
During a club performance for rapper Jim Jones’ birthday, Lil Wayne was a target for his former best friend, label head and mentor. While Weezy performed his version of ‘Coco’, where he takes shots at his estranged relationship with Cash Money a Records and Birdman (Baby), Birdman (who was also in attendance for Jones’ birthday) threw bottles of alcohol and water on stage at Lip Wayne. Before a fight eventually broke out, Club Liv officials shut the place down.
Check out videos (with some commentary of what happened) and tweets from some people that were there and saw it all go down first hand. Shout out to KTT for the tip.
