Today we have the first track (and music video) for G.O.O.D. Music signee HXLT’s new album. Kanye’s newest artist, formerly Hollywood Holt, has left us all wondering what his new sound would be like. Need wait no longer though, as the new record, titled ‘Live To Death’, is fire. The visuals are entertaining and the first single at least is perhaps more punk rock than it is rap or anything else, but it works! Details for his forthcoming album, coming soon.

The talented Alessia Cara put out one of our favorite projects this year, with her debut EP Four Pink Walls (check out our review here). Every since introducing the ‘Here’ singer to our readers, when we interviewed Alessia earlier this year, we can’t stop following her story and her new music. And well before anyone could have ever anticipated, Cara’s debut album, Know-It-All, is less than a couple weeks away (available for purchase on November 13th). But if for some reason, you are especially impatient, you don’t have to wait a minute longer, as Alessia has treated fans by allowing them to stream her full length LP in its entirety on NPR’s “First Listen”.

If you couldn’t wait another week and a half until GoldLink’s forthcoming LP, And After That, We Didn’t Talk, don’t worry…he couldn’t either. The young rapper and Rick Rubin co-signed artist is moving up the release of his new project, a week ahead of schedule, to this Friday, November 6th via Soulection. You can still pre-order the album now on iTunes, but if the shortened wait wasn’t enough, GoldLink has also released a new record from the album, titled ‘New Black’!

This past weekend we caught Mac Miller’s awesome performance at Chicago’s Freaky Deaky. And now today we have new music from the GO:OD AM rapper, this time with Chicago singer, Njomza. Produced under Mac’s Larry Fisherman alias, the new record is titled “Creatures of the Night’, it features Delusional Thomas, and it’s fire! This is an awesome collab and definitely the right way to kick off your Tuesday.
Off his debut album, Rodeo, G.O.O.D. Music and Grand Hustle rapper Travis Scott has released the official music video for the LP’s Kanye West-assisted track, ‘Piss On Your Grave’. Joining Scott for the visuals as well, Kanye and Travis are trading bars in a forest, for a music video that’s perfect for Halloween weekend. Fans will have a few chances to catch Scott live in the next couple months, as he is joining The Weeknd on his forthcoming tour, as well as headlining a tour of his own with Bryson Tiller.
Even with Halloween just days away, we promise you will not see anything else like Lawrence Rothman’s music video for ‘Oz v. Eden’, a record which will be available everywhere on November 6th. With additional backup vocals from Charli XCX, the California artist’s new record is expected on his forthcoming album, which you can look out for in 2016 and will feature Angel Olsen, Kim Gordon and Ariel Pink. The new visuals are chilling, freaky, shouldn’t be watched alone and amazing all at once!
Days after catching Kendrick Lamar’s headlining performance at the WGCI Big Jam 2015 (check out our photos here), we know have the TDE rapper’s new music video, for his To Pimp a Butterfly record, ‘These Walls’ ft. Bilal, Thundercat and Anna Wise. This one is closer to a short film though than it is a music video, as the visuals come in at just over eight minutes long! So as you can expect, this is not a video that you want to miss on as it is one of the best tracks off TPAB, which will surely find itself on a ton of year end lists within the next couple months.
Watch the official music video for ‘These Walls’ below, and if you’re late to the party you can get To Pimp a Butterfly now on iTunes.
Just a few months ago we interviewed the young and talented, Alessia Cara. Among many things we talked about her then forthcoming EP, Four Pink Walls (check out our review here). While we were instantly excited for her debut project, we couldn’t have guessed that the ‘Here’ singer’s debut album would already come this year. Titled, Know-It-All, Alessia will be competing with the likes of One Direction and Justin Bieber with a November 13th release for her debut album. Don’t expect her to compete in terms of sales, but you shouldn’t be surprised if the singer’s debut is the best project to drop that Friday.
In anticipation of her big release, Alessia has shared the album’s new single, ‘Wild Things’. A record she has performed live a number of times on her press circuit for Four Pink Walls, ‘Wild Things’ is another great record from the Canadian singer , in addition to the five tracks she shared to fans with her EP.

Every rapper from Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE) has a very nostalgic vibe to them. And in his new music video, for his record ‘The Ways’, rapper Jay Rock is taking us back to the BET Uncut era of rap videos. Full of strippers, fat asses, and throwing singles, Jay Rock’s new visuals definitely have an influence from ratchet rap videos, circa Ludacris’ ‘P-Poppin”. From Jay Rock’s sophomore LP, 90059, ‘The Ways’ will definitely take you back and is another great record from TDE’s most underrated artist.
