Classic rock dominated at Summerfest for its 11th and final night of its 2018 season last night, as Cheap Trick rocked the house for a headlining performance at the BMO Harris Pavilion stage.
If the Summerfest veterans want us to want them, then mission accomplished, because the legendary band put on one of the best performances of the entire year.
Milwaukee’s Summerfest ended on a high note tonight as the world’s largest music festival was headlined by the Win Butler-led, Arcade Fire. Performing at 21-song set, with tracks like ‘Everything Now’, ‘No Cars Go’, ‘Wake Up’ and more, the Canadian indie rock band was a perfect choice to close out the 2018 festivities.
From making their way to the stage through the crowd, to even taking a photographers camera to snap a photo of his own, Win Butler and company put on a show full of highlights that Wisconsin will not soon forget.
