Tonight was one that the city of Chicago will not soon forget, as the Special Olympics celebrated its huge 50th Anniversary at the Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island.

With performances from Chance The Rapper, Usher, Jason Mraz, Smokey Robinson, Francis and the Lights, Daya, O.A.R. and Carl Thomas, and surprise appearances from athletes like Jabari Parker, Michael Phelps and Michelle Kwan, the concert has something for everyone, while the artists and athletes celebrated the inclusion revolution!

Ravinia Festival Announces 2018 Lineup: Diana Ross, 50 Cent, Jason Mraz, O.A.R. & More

After announcing a few additions in the past month, Highland Park, Illinois’ Ravinia Festival has shared it’s full lineup and schedule for the new year And 2018 looks to be as great as ever, as a diverse cast of performers will hit the stage at Ravinia this year, including Diana Ross, 50 Cent, Jason Mraz, O.A.R., Los Lobos, Seal, Stephen Marley, Loverboy, Bryan Adams, Jill Scott and many more.

Ravinia’s 2018 schedule will kick off on June 1st with a performance from Los Lobos and Los Lonley Boys, and will go all the way until mid September. One of the most unique festivals in the country, Ravinia is just north of Chicago and gives fans a chance to see the show up close and personal in the pavillion or let’s fans set up a blanket and throw a picnic in the lawn at a discounted price. If you’re in the Chicago area and have yet to check it out, this is your year.

Train Announces Headlining “Play That Song” Tour

Train’s ‘Play That Song’ was easily one of the most catchy tracks of 2016, and the song’s engine hasn’t lost any steam in 2017. So it’s only right that the track got its own tour in 2017, as Train has announced their “Play That Song Tour” which will kick off later this year.

Opening in Las Vegas, NV on May 12th, Train will make stops all over the country, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Fresno and many more, until the tour concludes July 15th in Seattle. The guys aren’t traveling alone either, as O.A.R. and Natasha Bedingfield will join the ‘Drops Of Jupiter’ group.

Pre-sale tickets and VIP packages go on sale Monday (1/23), with tickets being release to the general public on Friday, January 27th. Train’s forthcoming album, a girl a bottle a boat, is currently scheduled for a January 27th release.

Tonight marked the third night of Summerfest‘s 49th Anniversary celebration. Unlike many other premiere music festivals, Milwaukee’s lakeside festival, Summerfest, brings an especially diverse list of performers to Wisconsin every year. Tonight the World’s Largest Music Festival had some huge names including Timeflies, O.A.R., the Commodores and more.
