It’s starting to get cold in the Windy City but the live music scene is getting hotter than ever. We’re months removed from the summer festival season, but Chi-town is bringing some of the biggest artists in the world to the city for some amazing shows.
From Red Bull Sound Select’s “30 Days In Chicago” series, with concerts from Migos, Lil Yachty, 6LACK and the big reunion of the Big Tymers (to name a few), to some big headlining arena shows from The Weeknd, Halsey, Guns N Roses and more, Chicago (and the surrounding areas) are delivering some of the best concerts of the year in November.
Check out our list of the 12 can’t miss concerts in Chicago this month!

Niall Horan @ Akoo Theatre at Rosemont (Nov. 15)
Niall Horan is bringing his Flicker Sessions 2017 tour to Rosemont, IL’s Akoo Theatre this month, and we can’t wait. The show and tour has been so successful already (even before it kicked off), that Horan already announced the new leg of the tour, bringing his show from intimate venues to arenas throughout the country. Get your verified re-sale tickets for the sold-out show now, before they are all gone, or catch him this summer when he returns to the Allstate Arena, just about a mile away.
Fake Short Drive 10th Anniversary w/ Big Tymers @ Portage Theater (Nov. 4)
Red Bull Sound Select made music fans in Chicago very happy with the announcement of their “30 Days In Chicago” concert series. Bringing names like the Migos, Lil Yachty, 6LACK, Kehlani and many more to the Windy City, perhaps the biggest show of the entire series is Fake Shore Drive’s 10th anniversary show, which will feature the huge reunion of the Big Tymers. Get your tickets before they are all gone here.
Guns N Roses @ United Center (Nov. 6)
Guns N Roses aren’t far removed from their last stop in Chicago, playing a huge show at Soldier Field. The legendary rockers are already returning next month, bringing their headlining Not In This Lifetime tour to the house that Michael Jordan made famous, the United Center, on November 6th. Get your tickets at Ticketmaster.com.

Halsey ft. PARTYNEXTDOOR & Charli XCX @ Allstate Arena (Nov. 19)
Halsey is bringing her headlining hopeless fountain kingdom tour to the Allstate Arena next month, and she is in great company, as PARTYNEXTDOOR and Charli XCX are coming along for the ride. From top to bottom the lineup is stacked, so you’ll want to get to the arena early and prepare for a night that you won’t soon forget. Tickets still remain for this one, but you’ll want to get yours soon before they are all gone.
Kid Cudi @ Aragon Ballrom (Nov. 4-5)
Mr. Solo Dolo is ready to invade Chicago in about a week, for two highly anticipated performances. Part of his Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin’ tour, Cudi’s tour is getting rave reviews so you’ll want to see it for yourself. With a 2-night residency at the historic Aragon Ballroom, Kid Cudi is going to bless Chicago with two amazing nights of music. Get your tickets for the second night here.
The Weeknd @ United Center (Nov. 2)
Currently on the second U.S. leg of his Starboy Tour, The Weeknd is returning to Chicago for a second night in the Windy City. The Weeknd put on a great show at Rosemont, IL’s Allstate Arena months ago, and this time he is stepping things up to the United Center for night two. Whether you missed out last time, or you want to relive your amazing night in Rosemont, you won’t want to miss out this week, this time with support from Gucci Mane and Nav.

Red Bull Sound Select’s 30 Days in Chicago: Migos & Lil Yachty @ Riviera Theatre (Nov. 30)
We told you that Red Bull Sound Select is bringing some of the biggest names in music to Chicago next month, and this show is likely the most popular, as the Migos and Lil Yachty are set to invade the Riv on November 30th. If you got your tickets already, consider yourself smart and lucky because this one (to no surprise) is all sold-out. But you can check out more shows for “30 Days in Chicago” here.
Bleachers @ Riviera Theatre (Nov. 11)
Jack Antonoff’s Bleachers is coming to the Riviera Theatre in a couple weeks, as part of his Gone Now Era – Part 2 tour. With opening performances from Amy Shark and the talented Bishop Briggs, this will be a great night for live music fans. Get your tickets for the November 11th performance here.
Red Bull Sound Select’s 30 Days in Chicago: 6LACK @ Thalia Hall (Nov. 11)
While it may not have the star power of the Migos/Lil Yachty show at the Riv, or the Big Tymers reunion at the Portage Theatre, you’ll be missing out if you don’t catch 6LACK’s “30 Days in Chicago” show next month. Performing at Thalia Hall on November 11th, 6LACK put on two great Chicago performances this past year (at Lollapalooza and the Allstate Arena w/ The Weeknd), and you can expect the same in November.

Macklemore @ House of Blues (Nov. 4)
Although he was originally scheduled to visit the Windy City for the GET IN IT music festival last month, the festival was canceled which left a lot of Macklemore fans out to dry. But fortunately the ‘Thrift Shop’ rapper added a Chicago date to his 2017, bringing his talents to the House of Blues. Get your verified resale tickets to the sold-out show at LiveNation.com.
Action Bronson @ The Rave (MILWAUKEE) (Nov. 9)***
While we have to break the rules from this one, and go out-of-state, it’s worth it because you can travel just 90 miles north to catch Action Bronson at The Rave in Milwaukee. As part of his Blue Chips 7000 Tour, Action is schedule to put on a great show for Wisconsin, and with just (1) round-trip train ticket and a ticket at The Rave’s box office, you can be there to witness it all in person.
Foo Fighters @ State Farm Center (CHAMPAIGN) (Nov. 8)***
And to close out our list in a big fashion, we will break the rules once more to travel just outside Chicago. This time heading south to Champaign, IL to catch the Foo Fighters at the State Farm Center on November 8th. Whether you want to travel to Madison or Champaign, to preview what Dave Grohl has in store for Chicago when they bring their tour to the United Center next summer, it will all be worth it.
