Chicago doesn’t only get its fair share of wind, but it can get quite a bit of rain as well. Fans of the Pitchfork Music Festival learned so first hand as stormy weather and a Chicago-area Tornado Watch prompted an evacuation of the festival, leaving fans of affected performers like Vince Staples (whose performance was cancelled) and Ariel Pink (whose performance was almost rained out) very disappointed at mother nature. Luckily as of 4:20 P.M., fans were allowed back into the festival grounds. Let’s hope that no more evacuations or cancellations are left to come, although Chicago is still under a tornado watch until 10:00 P.M.
