We told you Charles Hamilton is back! After recently signing with Republic Records, Charles Hamilton has now released his latest single ‘NY Raining’ featuring the lovely Rita Ora. The song is featured on soundtrack for Fox‘s new hit TV show “Empire”, and you can catch Hamilton and Ora performing the track on its season finale. Stream ‘NY Raining’ below.
