Bonnaroo sold out in 2019 and with great reason! With performances from names like Post Malone, Phish, Childish Gambino, Cardi B and more, there was something for everyone at The Farm.
Showing love to Tennessee being the country hub of the world, Bonnaroo also hosted great performances from some of the most exciting names in country music. At the top of that list was Maren Morris, who performed some of her biggest hits and cuts from her new album, Girl.

Perhaps the best performance of the entire 4-day weekend goes to Cardi B who put on a memorable headlining performance to close out the festival. After a rip in her sparkly suit caused he to changed into a robe to finish her performance, Cardi B’s set was full of fun times and hits!

Lionel Richie brought decades of hits to the Ravinia Festival in Highland Park, IL last night. As part of his headlining Hello Tour, the ‘All Night Long’ singer scheduled a two night residency for the popular summer destination, and he did not disappoint.
Delivering as many jokes as he did number one records, Richie instantly poked light-hearted fun at the Chicago-area festival. “I’m told there are another 400,000 of you on the grass. This is the strangest seating arrangement I’ve ever seen in my life,” Richie joked with the crowd.
“When they said there’s another group of people somewhere else, I said ‘what kind of place is this?’ This could catch on in my neighborhood. I just play in my living room and you all sit outside and buy tickets.”
Making fans laugh at what makes Ravinia so great and unique (an outdoor festival which consists of a pavilion and extended lawn area where many fans don’t have a direct view of the artist), Lionel Richie also had us cracking up with his battles with bugs between performances, even causing one fan to toss bug repellant onto the stage, a first for Richie. But while the jokes were worth the price of admission alone, the night wouldn’t have been complete without hearing the singer’s catalog of hits.
From his classics with the Commodores, like ‘Brick House’ and ‘Easy’ (which kicked off Tuesday’s performance), to his solo hit singles like ‘All Night Long’ and ‘Hello’, there was no shortage of classic performances throughout the night. With a performance that good, one night is not enough, so thankfully Lionel Richie will bring night two to the Ravinia tonight (6/12).

If a huge headlining tour wasn’t keeping her busy enough, Maren Morris has announced the release of her next project. In partnership with Apple Music, Morris will release a brand new EP, titled Maren Morris: Reimagined.
The upcoming EP will be available on Apple Music on May 31 and will feature reworked acoustic renditions of three of her biggest hits, alongside producer Dave Cobb. About working with Cobbs, Morris says:
“I think the mark of a good song is you can rearrange it up and it still is a very defining song. Dave you know, his production is so–rootsy and very soulful and Americana and he just understands that sound so intensely. I love the way it turned out.”
While we all wait for the new EP, check out some of our photos from opening night of Maren Morris’ current headlining tour below.
Hey Violet is back! After enjoying Top 40 success with their emerging single ‘Guys My Age’, from their 2017 debut album, Hey Violet has released their brand new single ‘Close My Eyes’.
Discussing the new single, lead singer Rena Lovelis describes the song as:
…the idea of still wanting to be with an ex who has already moved on. There’s definitely a level of denial that goes into being in that sort of headspace because you’re basically rejecting the present reality and not allowing yourself to move forward. The song sounds very calm and chill but in the lyrical content there’s an air of tension because of that refusal to accept things as they are.
To supplement their new track, Hey Violet will also hit the road in the next few weeks, with stops in New York, San Francisco, Washington DC and Los Angeles.

Young Thug has recruited some all-star talent for his new track, ‘The London’.
Teaming up with J. Cole and Travis Scott, the rap trio makes for a perfect combination on the new track. The song artwork was revealed earlier this week during Thugger’s “Meet Me At The London” livestream, which centered on a female subject painting a spider, while another subject filled a pinata with Skittles, before the song arrived to fans as a surprise.
