Maren Morris is on top of the world right now. After taking home the night’s biggest award, for Album of the Year at the Country Music Awards, Maren Morris wrapped up her huge Girl: The World Tour with a couple final dates in the Midwest, including a big performance at The Rave in Milwaukee, WI.

No stranger to Milwaukee’s historic venue, Maren Morris’ weekend performance was her biggest in Milwaukee to date. From her co-headlining show with Jon Pardi to her opening set for Keith Urban at the Bradley Center, Maren Morris has delivered a number of memorable performances in Milwaukee. The “My Church” singer added to that list of great performances on Friday night.

Kicking off her performance with her newest album’s title track, Morris performed the majority of her critically acclaimed album, Girl, as well as many stand outs from her debut album Hero, and even a couple entertaining covers as well. Maren also treated fans to a special solo performance of “Crowded Table”, one of the Grammy winning singer’s collaborations with her new country supergroup, The Highwomen.

From start to finish, the expecting mother and emerging country superstar showed us again how she is one of the best entertainers in music today. While it’s unclear when Maren Morris will make her next visit to Milwaukee, since needless to say she will be very busy in the next couple years, fans can’t wait to welcome her back.

Dreams came true in Madison, WI on Sunday night as the Breese Steven Field closed out their summer concert lineup with none other than the legendary John Hall and Daryl Oates. Despite some unexpected rain, the evening was everything fans wanted and more with Hall & Oates delivering memorable performances from their extensive catalog of hits.

Opening their headlining set with two beloved records, ‘Maneater’ and ‘Out of Touch’, both classics from the ’80s that still get their share of plays in 2019, Hall & Oates continued throughout their 4-decade discography until closing their set on a high note with ‘I Can’t Go For That’. Even in their 70s, Hall & Oates didn’t miss a beat and sound as good as ever.

With fans still wanting more, Hall & Oates returned for one of the best encore performances you’ll ever see, as the pop rock duo said goodbye with performances of ‘Rich Girl’, ‘Kiss on My List’, ‘Private Eyes’ and ‘You Make My Dreams’. When one group’s encore has bigger hits than most artists’ entire body of work, it says a lot about the quality of their music. There was no better place to be than Madison last night.
