Music streaming is bigger than ever, and J. Cole’s brand new LP, KOD, is further proof of that, as the album broke Apple Music‘s record for the most first day album streams in the U.S. Passing Drake’s 2016 album Views, KOD built up 64.5 million streams in its first day.

KOD also currently holds Spotify‘s record for the most streams in a day with 36,656,086 streams. The album’s title track also passed Taylor Swift’s ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ for the most streams for a song in a single day.
