Young Brother – Kamikaze
We’re definitely getting more non-rap submissions which is pretty cool. Nashville-based pop artist Young Brother‘s new single ‘Kamikaze’ is a indie-electronic-pop track that features a wild amount synths and drums that all come together to make a very nice production. Reminds me of something you’d hear on TV. Check it out below.
Y Rome – Oh My My! (Feat. Charles Hamilton)
Yes. This is really a submission featuring Charles Hamilton. Yes. That Charles Hamilton. NY rapper Y. Rome‘s track ‘Oh My My!’ features a verse from Charles, as well as verses from Rome himself, who attacks the jazzy sample-based instrumental with a mean flow and some great lyrics. Seriously, listen to this.
Maine Event – 441 (Feat. Jay Burna & Scoopz) [Prod. By Jimmy Long & 118]
More new music from the Black Congress Music Group. Maine Event‘s new single ‘441’ sounds almost PartyNextDoor-ish with some nice and very unique production, incorporating trap drums with some almost R&B-like segments. Labelmates and friends Jay Burna and Scoopz both provide some hot verses on this track, as well as Maine himself. Great flows and lyrics as always from these guys. Take a listen below.
