Sometimes rapper have limited budgets for music video and sometimes those videos turn out pretty damn bad. Check out our list of our 7 worst low-budget music videos from some big name rappers. Shout out to the KTT forum for the suggestions.
50 Cent – Heat
We had to start off our list, with the most cringe-worthy and poorly animated video of all time. The saddest part is that the video was for a track off one of the greatest rap albums of all time, 50 Cent’s Get Rich or Die Tryin’. From the cheap cameras used to the poverty Grand Theft Auto knockoff, 50 didn’t spend a lot on this video but anything more than $5 is way too much. Luckily now he has that Vitamin Water money.
DJ Khaled – Out Here Grindin’
Green screen videos can be super cheap but can still often lead to decent videos. Not this time though, as the use of green screen is super cheesy. DJ Khaled should have went back to the drawing board after he got the final cut of this video.
Jay Rock – Say Wassup
You and your friends hanging around your city… It isn’t the most original idea for a music video, but it isn’t bad and can certainly save you money. But making us watch the entire video through a peep hole is more annoying than it is artsy. Amazing cast of rappers, but a bad video.
Gucci Mane – My Kitchen
We understand that Gucci Mane has legal bills to worry about, but he might as well just not put out a video for his track ‘My Kitchen’.
