Earlier today the lineup for New York City’s Governors Ball 2015 was released, as Governors Ball continues to impress. From our 2014 Woman of the Year Lana Del Rey to Drizzy Drake, this year’s Govenors Ball is a can’t miss. Check out our 10 acts that you need to see if you make it NYC this June (in no particular order).

Whether its Coachella or the Governors Ball, Drake will likely be the act to draw the biggest crowds. Drizzy always puts on a great show and we would be very surprised if you didn’t see a big surprise New York guest or two.

Everyone knows Lana Del Rey is a ‘Brooklyn Baby’ at heart, which is why you expect Lana to steal the show in June.

Flying Lotus

Late last year we caught Flying Lotus during his 2014 tour as he made a stop in Detroit and the man put on a great set. Expect him to put on another great performance and to perform a number of songs from his new album.

Florence and the Machine

Word just surfaced that a new Florence and the Machine album is coming soon, and today fan’s got the surprise of hearing that they can catch Florence at Governors Ball.

St. Vincent

St. Vincent is a 2015 Governors Ball artist who had one of the best albums of 2014. Expect to hear a lot of the album’s best tracks (and there are many great ones to choose from) at the fest this year.

The Black Keys

The Black Keys are the big rock name at this years Governors Ball and it would be hard to imagine that any rock fans would complain as one of rock’s best duos will surely rock the NYC crowd.

Logic

Last year, Logic put out one of the best rap albums of 2014 (as well as one of the best freshman albums that we have heard in awhile). Don’t be mad if you can’t catch him in NYC, as Logic is touring the country this spring and summer.

The War on Drugs

The War on Drugs recently announced a huge international tour for 2015, and now they have just added Coachella and Governors Ball to that list. Be sure to either check them out in NYC or on tour this year.

RATATAT

There is no electronic rock duo quite like RATATAT. Whether you love them for their solo work or their collaborations with artists like Kid Cudi, RATATAT is definitely worth checking out at Governors Ball.

Tame Impala

Like Florence and the Machine, Tame Impala also announced a new album a couple days ago with a Governors Ball announcement coming just days later. Be sure to check them out at Governors Ball this year.
