Lana Del Rey, Lorde Receive Nominations for 72nd Golden Globe Award

Soon after one of the biggest snubs of the 57th Annual Grammy Nominations, as Lana Del Rey’s album Ultraviolence received no nominations, Lana today received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Song for a Motion Picture for her track ‘Big Eyes’ used in the Tim Burton film of the same name. Also receiving nominations in the category include John Legend, Patti Smith, Greg Kurstin, and Lorde for her ‘Yellow Flicker Beat’ track used in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1.
