Trying to be cool, The Huffing Post posted an article on the Supreme Court and described them as giving a ‘Kanye Shrug’ to gay marriage. Nothing wrong with a good Ye reference, but they made one big mistake.

The picture they used is not the ‘Kanye shrug’, which is a reference to the shrug he gave at the MTV movie awards after interrupting Taylor Swift (see actual picture below).
